Luella joined the agency in 2015 and continues to provide excellent customer service to the agency's clients. Luella is a graduate of Big Rapids High School as is her husband Steve. Together they have 2 sons, Alexander and Christopher. Their family resides in Big Rapids and enjoys spending time outdoors and crafting.
